Duties

• Review title abstracts and loan documents for foreclosure sales.
• Conduct legal research and writing.
• Communicate with clients, outside counsel, and court personnel.
• Appear in court for motions, conferences, and hearings as needed.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Georgia; additional state admissions are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
