Duties

• Handle cases independently or with a partner.
• Engage in motion practice, discovery, and depositions.
• Manage federal or multi-jurisdictional cases.
• Work on personal injury, fire loss, and product liability defense.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Participate in continuing education and client development activities.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Experience with case management software and MS Office.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Administrative skills, including timekeeping.
