Requirements

• High academic achievement.
• Experience in transactional tax.
• Admitted to or eligible to waive into the New York, DC, or Texas Bar.
• Prior experience in a peer law firm required.

Education

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York, DC, or Texas, or eligibility to waive in.
