The candidate should have Paralegal or JD degree. Minimum of High school diploma (or equivalent) with 4 years’ experience in legal office require. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet research and intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Should have experience running various reports through systems/software programs. Must demonstrate excellent customer service to internal clients, providers of record, and external clients. Excellent communication,verbal and written required.. Experience suggesting process improvements and providing feedback to team members for improved outcomes also required.
