Duties

• Draft and negotiate licensing, partnering, and commercial agreements.
• Provide intellectual property, privacy, and product counseling directly to clients.
• Manage transactions across all stages of clients' businesses, from formation to acquisitions.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic and/or commercial contracts drafting and negotiation.
• Experience in deal management of venture financing and/or M&A transactions.
• Experience in intellectual property litigation or counseling.
• Admission to the State Bar of California or Texas.

Education

• JD from a top law school with superior academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California or Texas.

Skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
