The ideal candidate will possess meaningful trial experience (first or second chair), superior writing and analytical capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment with meticulous attention to detail.

Duties:

  • Handle complex commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
  • Prepare for and participate in trials, serving as first or second chair as needed.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective case strategies.
  • Maintain communication with clients and provide regular case updates.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in case management.
  • Exercise sound judgment in evaluating legal issues and making strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
  • Meaningful trial experience, having served as first or second chair.
  • Superior writing and analytical capabilities.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

  • Strong litigation skills with a focus on complex commercial cases.
  • Excellent writing and analytical capabilities.
