Location

Duties

• Handle a range of civil litigation matters from pre-suit through trial

• Draft and argue motions, attend court hearings, and conduct depositions

• Manage discovery and trial preparation

• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients

• Collaborate with legal team members on complex cases

• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada (active and in good standing)

• Litigation experience preferred but not required

• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines

Education

• J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

• Nevada State Bar license (required)
