Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and outstanding academic credentials, as well as experience in claims substantiation, advertising reviews, social media, promotions, automatic renewal laws, multi-level marketing, telemarketing, marketing services agreements, and other similar areas across federal and state legal requirements. Support the firm's advertising law group and works with a variety of clients ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to major brands and international retailers. Must hold a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the DC Bar.
