Duties

• Advise clients on accessing and deploying capital across borders and industries.
• Represent debtors and creditors in debt restructuring matters.
• Work with credit investors to structure innovative credit investments.
• Collaborate with private equity sponsors on leveraged buyouts and acquisitions.
• Engage in senior secured debt, high yield, and bridge financings.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of finance experience in a law firm setting.
• Stellar academic credentials.
• Admission to the bar and good standing in the state of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of practice.

Skills
