The Finance Corporate Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal support in corporate finance matters, including commercial finance transactions, loan originations, and real estate financings. Duties:

• Drafting loan, security, inter-creditor, and related documents
• Advising on covenant compliance
• Leading due diligence teams
• Managing specialists involved in finance transactions
• Drafting various legal documents as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (J.D.) from an accredited institution
• Admitted to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance
• Experience working with financial institutions and borrowers
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents related to finance transactions

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (J.D.) from an accredited institution

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction
