  • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

  • Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with all legal standards and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with active bar admission in the State of Georgia.
  • Proven experience practicing personal injury law with a track record of successful case resolutions.
  • Familiarity with a broad range of legal areas is preferred.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
  • Strong writing skills with experience in legal drafting and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar admission in the State of Georgia.
