Location:

Duties:

• Manage family law cases from initial intake through resolution, including litigation, discovery, mediation, and trial

• Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients throughout the representation

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents

• Represent clients in mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings

• Negotiate case resolutions with opposing counsel

• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality legal services

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law

• Ability to manage an independent caseload and clients with minimal supervision

• Proactive, client-centered approach with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to meet deadlines

• Comfortable working in a team environment and contributing to firm-wide goals

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Washington

Skills:

• Family law litigation and case strategy

• Legal writing and research

• Client counseling and communication

• Negotiation and dispute resolution

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
