Litigation Associate Attorney

Atlanta office of our client seeks a litigation associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience for a civil litigation practice, including in the areas of tort defense, business, and commercial litigation. The candidate will work with and support senior attorneys who represent significant clients both regionally and nationally. Be a trusted part of the team responsible for assisting in critical aspects of client representation, from pre-suit through trial. Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs. Promulgate and perform written discovery. Manage case files and deadlines in coordination with team members. Responsible for document production review and management. Timely and appropriately report on projects and assignments. Should ideally have experience in depositions, pre-litigation investigation, hearings, trial support, and law review, specialty journal, or moot court. GA Bar admission is required.
