DUTIES: Assists PCG partners with their trusteeships by maintaining trust database, tracking important trust deadlines, meetings and related fiduciary tasks, and assisting with billing and tracking of trustees’ fees. Facilitates the payment of capital calls. Follows up with clients/their advisors to obtain information necessary to coordinate trust administration. Completes account-related paperwork for trust accounts as needed, including account opening forms, closing forms and compliance documents. Assists with formation, administration and annual reporting of entities. Assists with the drafting of basic estate planning documents, including,powers of attorney, health care proxies, simple wills, codicils, trusts, trust amendments, trustee transition documents, LLC documents, and promissory notes; prepares beneficiary designation forms, client letters, and estate plan summaries and flow charts, all under the supervision of a more senior Legal Administrator. Maintains and organizes client and matter files using the appropriate Firm and PCG technologies. Witnesses document signings as requested by attorneys. Complies with department and firm administrative procedures and policies. Responsible for billing a minimum of 300 hours of client-related work.
