Duties

• Draft and prosecute patent applications in the U.S. and internationally.
• Engage directly with inventors and scientists.
• Prepare patent applications for wireless telecommunications, including 5G/6G and WiFi.
• Collaborate with a team on various intellectual property matters.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in patent law.
• Experience with wireless telecommunications, including 5G/6G and WiFi.
• Current experience preparing patent applications for Qualcomm preferred.
• Additional experience in power devices, analog circuits, medical devices, software, mechanical devices, or 3D printing is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.

Certifications

• Patent Bar registration.
