Duties:

• Represent clients in insurance defense cases and plaintiff personal injury cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Requirements:

• Barred in Maryland or the District of Columbia, or Virginia.
• 1-2 years of legal experience in civil litigation preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal representation.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in Maryland, the District of Columbia, or Virginia.
