Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be an independent, strategic, and a consultative problem solver who will lead special strategic projects and initiatives in partnership with Talent Leadership. Your work will include conducting research of operational effectiveness, process, stakeholders, and developing new processes in partnership with subject matter experts across the enterprise, that yield favorable outcomes related to Talent's functional performance. You will seek to understand our current workforces and help our businesses pivot and prepare their workforces for future work, roles, and skills to enable and sustain their objectives.

Job Description

Leadership:

Serve as a 360-Leader who leads up, across, and down through influence to make better use of the skills, knowledge, and ideas of all people in the organization by creating structures that enable inclusive communication and participation.

Manage the performance of a team of 1 Sr. Analyst.

Strategic Initiatives:

Design and apply Talent strategies that support business objectives, improve employee and business performance, incorporating new modern practices

Evaluate opportunities to automate, enhance and further deploy existing processes & tools within the NPS ecosystem

Execute and lead key HR initiatives that support the company vision and optimize the performance of the Talent organization, including key priorities across the Join journey such as assessments, interviewing, and onboarding.

Interpret research data, analyze trends, customer insights and strategy and make recommendations to business based on findings and deliver high quality, timely, and actionable context that define opportunities and risks and translate into clear recommendations with associated implications for the business.

Talent Performance:

Functions as a subject-matter expert on Candidate NPS, Talent KPIs, and benchmarks, for talent that provide actionable insights and inform action

Co-create and support enterprise-wide, sustainable, and personalized digital talent and learning strategies for recruiters and support partners

Build solutions that optimize the tools and performance of the talent organization through scorecards, dashboards, etc.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Relevant Work Experience

5-7 Years
