Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly qualified Senior Associate for its Project Development and Finance Practice in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably with project development and/or finance at a large national or international firm.

Duties

• Advise clients on complex project finance transactions.
• Collaborate with lenders and sponsors to structure financeable transactions.
• Identify potential pitfalls in proposed transactions and develop solutions.
• Work with global colleagues to spot regulatory and industry opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with project development and/or finance preferred.
• Background in a large national or international firm is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
