A law firm seeks a General Liability Defense Litigation Associate Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload of complex litigation cases and provide legal representation to insurance carrier clients. The candidate will work closely with an experienced Partner to develop litigation strategy and deliver excellent client service.

Duties:

• Managing a high-volume caseload of complex litigation cases
• Providing legal representation to insurance carrier clients
• Working closely with an experienced Partner to discuss litigation strategy
• Defending clients in various litigation matters, including personal injury, medical malpractice, and insurance defense
• Handling own files and ensuring excellent client service

Requirements:

• Barred in both New York and New Jersey
• Foundation in defending clients in litigation matters
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Time management and organizational abilities

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree

Certifications:

Bar admission in New York and New Jersey
