Duties

• Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.

• Work with clients on employment law challenges, including drafting/revising handbooks and training.
• Educate clients through learning programs using technology platforms.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Demonstrated interest in labor and employment law.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to growth and client service.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Nevada Bar.
