Duties:

• Analyze and review medical records for legal proceedings.
• Draft various legal documents, including reports for pre-trial, interim, and appellate matters.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests, motions, and related documents.
• Attend court appearances and represent clients in trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Take and defend depositions of both fact witnesses and experts.
• Draft motions for summary judgment and other legal pleadings.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Idaho.
• 1-7 years of experience in general liability, auto claims, medical malpractice, and long-term care defense.
• Ability to manage discovery, draft motions, and handle court appearances effectively.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with depositions and case strategy development.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Idaho State Bar.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in the State of Idaho.
