Senior Corporate Counsel, GPS Law
The candidate will proactively advise and counsel clients in the Global Supply Chain and Facilities & Engineering organizations. Provide strategic legal advice, and transactional legal support, across a diverse range of product categories, including pharmaceuticals, cell therapy, biologics and medical devices. Familiarity with supply chain, distribution, and/or facilities and engineering-related transactions is preferable. Superior ability to analyze, structure and negotiate all elements of transactions and strong drafting skills are required. Collaborate across business colleagues and Law Department matrix to ensure delivery of seamless, comprehensive legal advice. Anticipate and proactively identify legal issues by applying an enterprise view, and ability to provide clear, operational and effective legal advice that supports informed decisions. Deliver effective presentations to Law Department/ Business Units. Lead and organize functional or substantive working groups assessing significant legal issues.
