Thomas Kadian LLC is seeking a litigation associate to assist with a variety of commercial and insurance litigation matters for its rapidly expanding legal practice. Our culture, plus the opportunities for individual and firm growth, client interaction and development, makes this a rare opportunity for new-to-junior level associates. Candidates interested in an opportunity to join our team should have 0 to 3 years of experience, preferably in commercial litigation, insurance law, or insurance defense. Complex insurance litigation experience, including resolution of discovery disputes, e-discovery, large scale document review, depositions, and mediation is a plus.
Candidates must have superior research and writing skills. Admissions to both New Jersey and New York Bars are preferred.
References and writing samples are required.
