Duties

• Draft legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
• Administer depositions, issue interrogatories, and review documents during discovery.
• Negotiate settlements and perform legal research.
• Make court appearances and attend mediations and site inspections as required.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
