The candidate must have 4-8 years of experience. A demonstrated interest in our firm’s practice areas is desirable. Must have experience handling regulatory compliance, environmental litigation, agency enforcement defence, and contaminated property matters is ideal, but not required to be considered for a position. Must be a strong technical lawyer, excellent writer, effective communicator, self-starter, and enjoy motivating and mentoring more-junior members of the team. Should have the ability to handle complex areas of law in an accurate and efficient manner. Should have solid academic credentials and references are required.
