Financial Analyst
The candidate will consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc.) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly attorney, partner and EXCOM reports. Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance. Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process. Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models. Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a CFO and Controller based on sound analysis. Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data. Quarterly analysis of balance sheet activity. Reconcile fixed asset software to accounting software on a monthly basis. Assist with yearend financial audit and tax returns. Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited college or university is required. Proven years of experience in financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis; hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages is required.
