The candidate will work with litigation departments on construction, business and commercial real estate matters throughout the state. General responsibilities will include representation of clients in construction and real property litigation as well as business disputes. Supporting clients with construction defect issues, mechanic’s liens and lease disputes. Experience with construction contracts and/or the fundamentals of construction are preferred.
