Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve product or service issues by identifying the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all processes are completed accurately.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer database.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and provide feedback on recurring problems to improve customer experience.
Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions.
Ensure customer complaints are handled promptly and professionally, offering solutions that adhere to company policies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
Meet or exceed performance goals, such as response time and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
