A respected boutique law firm in San Francisco is seeking a Trusts & Estates Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of civil litigation experience, preferably focused on probate and trust disputes. Location:

• San Francisco, CA

Duties:

• Handle probate and trust litigation matters from initial pleadings through resolution

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, discovery responses, briefs, and correspondence

• Represent clients in court hearings and settlement conferences

• Collaborate with colleagues across estate planning, tax, and family law departments

• Engage with high-net-worth and multinational clients on complex fiduciary disputes

• Participate in business development, client strategy, and case management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience (Trusts & Estates experience highly preferred)

• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing

• Courtroom experience, including motions and discovery proceedings

• Strong legal research skills (Westlaw, LexisNexis)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously

• Commitment to inclusive and client-focused legal practice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the California State Bar
