Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Participate in depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of complex litigation experience in intellectual property and technology cases.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Demonstrated desire to be a trial lawyer.
• Admission, or eligibility for admission, to practice in California.
• Admission before the United States Patent & Trademark Office is a plus.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission, or eligibility for admission, to practice in California.
• Admission before the United States Patent & Trademark Office is a plus.
