The candidate will provide legal counsel with respect to various aspects of labor employment and education law matters, draft transactional documents, and assist with legal research as needed. Counsel and defend clients in various administrative proceedings and State or Federal Court when necessary. Should be a member of the New York State Bar. Should possess strong writing and research skills, the ability to effectively communicate with and advocate for clients.
