• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Prepare witnesses for testimony and interview them for court proceedings.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely filing of legal documents.
• Perform administrative tasks such as file organization, mailing, and document management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Active license to practice law in Illinois.
• Prior experience in family law (preferred).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Illinois Bar membership is required.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of family law and legal procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
