The candidate should have experience in disability law, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Section 504, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, to join a thriving practice. Experience in representing public entities, including school districts, community colleges or institutions of higher education is preferred. Must have excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing and analytical skills, and be highly motivated.
