Duties:

• Provide legal support and advice to emerging growth companies on corporate governance, financing, and other transactional matters.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and public offerings.
• Draft and review corporate governance documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting emerging companies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law in the areas of emerging growth companies, public companies, and capital markets.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in California (member in good standing).
• Strong understanding of corporate law, securities regulations, and venture capital financing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
