Duties

• Manage and oversee transactions involving the financing and M&A of energy transition projects.
• Handle tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to project finance.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on energy transition financing projects.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to execute high-value transactions.
• Lead and support innovative energy transition and infrastructure financing projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in energy transition finance.
• Proven experience in financing and M&A of energy transition projects, with a focus on tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization.
• Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where the position is located.
