Duties

• Collaborate with the Global Data Privacy Office to review projects involving personal data.
• Advise on privacy risks and compliance with local data privacy laws.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and respond to data access or deletion requests.
• Implement compliance measures and manage records of processing activities.
• Review and update global privacy policies and conduct data privacy audits.
• Maintain and manage the firm's Binding Corporate Rules.
• Protect and maintain sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information.

Requirements

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to drive improvements in compliance posture.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent from an accredited law school.

Certifications

Skills

• Experience advising on European Union data privacy law preferred.
