A national personal injury law firm with a strong presence in the Northeast is seeking a Plaintiff-Side Litigation Attorney to join its New York office (Financial District, Manhattan).

This position offers a tremendous career opportunity: the selected attorney will take over a full caseload of litigation matters and play an integral role in the growth of the firm’s Northeastern practice. Candidates should be ambitious, driven, and ready to contribute to a high-performing litigation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a full caseload of personal injury litigation matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, and medical malpractice.

• Handle all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trials.

• Provide high-quality legal representation and build strong client relationships.

• Collaborate with colleagues to support the firm’s continued expansion in the region.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice law in the State of New York (Required).

• 4–10 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.

• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

• Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently and effectively.

• Team-oriented with leadership potential.

• Spanish language skills a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
