Duties

• Argue motions, take depositions, and appear in court.
• Draft and file substantive motions in federal court.
• Interact with clients, experts, and witnesses.
• Take ownership of cases with team support.
• Participate in daily Zoom meetings to coordinate workflow.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of litigation experience.
• Residency in South Florida for occasional in-person commitments.
• Honors distinction from undergraduate or law school (preferred).
• Experience in Federal Court as a prosecutor or public defender (preferred).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
