Duties

• Represent clients in court proceedings

• Conduct client intake consultations

• Maintain ongoing client communication

• Manage and prioritize an active caseload

• Conduct legal research and draft motions and memorandums

• Assist in developing legal strategies

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case matters

• Review and analyze case documents

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in criminal defense

• Admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

• Valid driver's license

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Willingness to appear in court and handle active litigation

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license with the Massachusetts Bar (Required)
