No prior immigration law experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. Duties:

• Represent clients in Immigration Court, advocating for their cases.
• Meet with clients to discuss their legal matters, provide legal advice, and explain case strategies.
• Handle administrative hearings and legal proceedings under the supervision of senior attorneys.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of immigration-related documentation.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to manage cases effectively.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training provided by the firm.

Requirements:

• Active Texas law license.
• Previous court experience or a willingness to handle administrative hearings.
• Strong client communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well within a team.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and open to learning new areas of law.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Texas.

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn new areas of law, particularly immigration law.
