Duties:

• Represent clients in high-stakes litigation matters, including product liability, employment, premises liability, and personal injury defense.
• Develop litigation strategies and manage the progression of cases from discovery through trial.
• Draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and responses.
• Lead the preparation for depositions and expert witness testimony.
• Negotiate settlements and explore alternative dispute resolution options when appropriate.
• Advocate in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on litigation risks and strategies for favorable case outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to provide exceptional legal services.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of litigation experience, with a proven track record of handling complex legal matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the state of Michigan.
