The attorney will initially work under the guidance of senior attorneys before managing their own caseload.

Duties

• Manage cases from intake through resolution or trial.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys during the initial phase.
• Engage with clients and build strong relationships.
• Participate in trial preparations and proceedings.

Requirements

• 1-6 years of proven experience in personal injury or employment law.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated to achieve successful outcomes for clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.

Skills

• Excellent case management and organizational skills.
