The ideal candidates will possess experience in areas such as mortgage/mezzanine debt, joint-venture equity work, acquisitions and dispositions, or development. Candidates with a strong background in non-real estate transactions will also be considered.

Duties

• Engage in mortgage and mezzanine debt transactions on both lender and borrower sides.
• Participate in joint-venture equity work and related negotiations.
• Manage acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets.
• Contribute to real estate development projects.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate or related transactional work.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
