Senior Associate, International Tax / Corporate Transformation Tax
Duties: Identify, develop and deliver quality tax planning approaches with timely and responsive services and work product that meets and/or exceeds client expectations. Analyze IP structures, transactional flows, debt structures, and tax returns to evaluate potential tax opportunities for global companies. Prepare and review financial and tax models computing cash tax impacts of proposed planning including availability of tax related incentives. Research technical issues pertaining to corporate international tax, debt restructurings, reorganizations, and operational restructurings. Prepare and review structuring slide decks, technical memoranda and opinions. Manage process and coordination with foreign offices and other international tax and specialty team members, to deliver highest quality integrated work product.
