The candidate will provide high-quality legal service to the firm’s clients, track all chargeable and non-chargeable time in keeping with the firm’s policies and standards, and participate in business development, seminars, trainings and meetings in keeping with their practice area and the firm’s policies and standards. Must have strong transactional skills. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Must have 3-5 years of Corporate Law experience. Experience with capital markets, SEC public reporting and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 reporting preferred. Must have a solid academic background required. Must have a J.D. degree. Must be admitted in (and in good standing with) the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois or New York) or taking steps to become admitted.
