Job Overview: A law firm seeks a highly qualified Mid-level Associate Attorney to join the Corporate - Capital Markets and Public Companies practice. The ideal candidate will have large law firm experience, outstanding academic credentials, and expertise in advising publicly traded companies on various securities offerings, federal securities laws, stock exchange regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Dodd-Frank Act compliance matters, and corporate governance issues. Membership in the New York Bar is desired.

Job Details:

• Join the Corporate - -Capital Markets and Public Companies practice.
• Utilize extensive legal knowledge and experience to advise publicly traded companies on securities offerings (debt and equity).
• Provide expertise in federal securities laws, stock exchange regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and Dodd-Frank Act regulatory and compliance matters.
• Address corporate governance matters with precision and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar and in good standing, with New York Bar membership desired.
• Experience as an Associate Attorney in a reputable law firm.
• Proven experience in advising publicly traded companies on securities offerings and regulatory compliance matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar and in good standing.
• New York Bar membership desired.
