The candidate will Independently manage a litigation caseload and work smaller cases from beginning to end. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Should have a J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Should be admitted to practice in Alabama. Should preferably have 1-3 years of experience with transportation and insurance defense. Experience with liquor liability and extra-contractual claims preferred. Experience with depositions and trials are preferred. Should have proven ability to manage a matter from inception to conclusion. Time organization, efficiency, and reliability are essential.
