Duties

• Advise clients on capital markets transactions, including IPOs and direct listings.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers to navigate complex securities regulations.
• Support clients in strategic investments and acquisitions through innovative deal structures.
• Provide real-time advice on securities and listing issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in capital markets or public company representation.
• Strong understanding of securities regulations and capital raising processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
