Duties

• Manage a full family law caseload, including divorce, APR, contempt, and complex financial matters.
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and contested matters.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies from intake through resolution.
• Build strong client relationships with the support of paralegals and intake staff.

Requirements

• 3+ years of family law experience is highly preferred.
• Strong litigation skills and a client-focused approach.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
