Duties:

• Assist in managing insurance litigation cases, including first- and third-party claims.
• Represent clients in bodily injury and premises liability matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
• Support senior attorneys in trial preparation and case strategy development.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and court procedures.

Requirements:

• Recent law school graduate or junior-level attorney with litigation experience.
• Interest in insurance defense litigation, including bodily injury and premises liability.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction or pending bar admission.
